well i had a casual conversation today at shades of brown with a gentleman 
who makes a living being a high school physics tutor.  i showed this article to 
him and he seemed to think that certain key concepts violate the laws of 
thermodynamics in one way or another.  going through the paper with him allowed me 
to examine the ideas more, one main point he made is he felt the energy needed 
to create the electrical impulse in the, um, gas conversion pressure chamber 
thingy would exceed the net energy output.  

i am hoping those of you on ok-sus with more of a background in these areas 
will find this article quaint enough to support or debunk.  certainly an 
intriguing concept, seems the wind cars are a lot closer to realisation~  curtis
