ETHANOL FUELING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT GRANTS

The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, through its Clean
Cities program office, is accepting applications for funding to develop
or upgrade fueling facilities to dispense ethanol-blended fuel to the
motoring public in Oklahoma. Projects located in Central Oklahoma
(Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, and Logan counties) and/or those
involving Central Oklahoma Clean Cities member stakeholders will be
given additional consideration.

Currently, applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis until
monies are expended or until June 30, 2007, whichever comes first. All
equipment including fueling pump dispensers, supply lines, storage
tanks, in-line filters, dispenser hoses, nozzles, fittings and
connectors, piping, etc. funded through these grants must be E85
compatible.

Computer fill-in enabled applications and additional information are
available by contacting ACOG's Clean Cities program office at
405-234-2264. Any questions concerning the application process, format,
or application materials should be directed to ACOG's Clean Cities
office.

Clean Cities is a nationwide government-industry collaborative sponsored
by the U.S. Department of Energy. Its mission is to reduce petroleum
consumption in the transportation sector by advancing the use of
alternative fuels and alternative fuel vehicles, idle reduction
technologies, hybrid electric vehicles, fuel blends, and fuel economy.
Locally, the Central Oklahoma Clean Cities program is sponsored by the
U.S. Department of Energy, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, the
Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, and more than 50 government
and industry stakeholder members. There are more than 80 active Clean
Cities coalitions in metropolitan areas across the country representing
nearly 5,000 stakeholders.
