[OKC] Interested in Draper Lake?

Sustainable OKC:

The Oklahoma Water Resources Board is putting together a project to
build a wetland on the shore of Draper Lake this summer.  They'd like to
host a couple of big workdays with people from Sustainable OKC, the
Oklahoma Outdoor Network, the Sierra Club, and anyone else who'd like to
participate. 

This is a very hands-on, working-in-the-mud kind of project, and it
sounds like a good time.  Below and attached is some more information
about an upcoming workshop.  If you would be interested in attending the
workshop and/or getting your hands dirty, please let me know:
jgooden at homelessalliance.org.  I'll tally the response and see if we can
get a crew together.

Everyone,

We are excited to kick-off the Draper Lake Revegetation project with
this workshop.  All of us here at the Water Board are extremely
optimistic about this project.  It simply has a lot of good things going
for it and the end product should be something we can all enjoy and be
proud of.
