Sustainable Solutions: Summer Home Weatherization

This Saturday, August 19, the Midwest City Library and Sustainable OKC
present Summer Home Weatherization, a free workshop at the MWC Library.
This is the third workshop in the Sustainable Solutions series of a year
of sustainability education.  A panel of local experts will be leading
the workshop.  

 

WHO:  The workshop is free and open to the public

WHAT:  Summer home weatherization workshop

WHEN:  Saturday, August 19, 10:00-11:30 a.m.

WHERE:  Midwest City Library (8143 E Reno Ave)

WHY:  To learn about techniques to reduce energy waste and lower utility
bills

 

Pre-registration is appreciated.  Call the MWC Library Information Desk
at 732-4828.  If you plan to attend and would like to carpool, please

Future workshops will include consumption, buying local, winter
weatherization on a budget, and garbage/recycling.  All workshops will
