[OKC] RE: [ok-sus] Ending Poverty

Hello,

It is unfortunate, for me, when I have the
occasion to read, or listen to words that
appear to be inflexible and rigid in their
form.

I believe it was Einstein that once
commented that the most fundamental
question we can ever ask ourselves is
whether or not the universe we live in is
friendly or hostile.

So often perception is viewed as fact thereby
creating a false sense of limitation.

Innovation is not born of the thought that
says "cannot," rather innovation is born of
the thought that asks "how?"

It is much like the saying "necessity is the
mother of invention."

When we operate only from what is known
all we will ever create moving forward is
more of the same. It far more important,
for me, to consider the question:

"What is it I don't know that I don't know?"

It is from this question that you or I then
become open to new possibilities.

Sustainability, abundance, and prosperity,
for me, each exist as a part of the same
cloth. Each is open, flexible, and provides
an opportunity for trust.

For me, poverty is a state of mind. It is a
state of mind that is born of the ignorance
of possibility.

It seems, for me, that the greatest question
with poverty is more about teaching one to
be empowered rather than dependent.

I would recommend the reading of the
book "The Soul of Money" by Lynne
Twist for those who are interested in
a world of prosperity.

The world I know has always been a
friendly one.

My wish for you is the same...;-)

With appreciation,

James
