[OKC] Updates

I thought perhaps since it's a rainy day we should have a Sustainable OKC update....
   
  Green Drinks:  Many thanks to those who attended green drinks last evening. It was a lovely event involving many conversations about sustainability topics, meeting new people, and casual conversations while enjoying the wonderful outdoors.  Thanks to Francis for hosting this event in his new home!
   
  Movie Night:  Sustainable OKC and Sierra Club are hosting our third movie night at the Gold Dome tomorrow evening (Thursday).  For more info about the movie visit http://www.sustainableokc.org/calendar/view_entry.php?id=7&date=20060511.
   
  Village Library Garden:  The Village Library Community Garden is progressing nicely.  Bruce, from the Regional Food Bank Urban Harvest Program, has done a significant amount of the work to get the garden up and running to this point.  I have attached a picture of the butterfly garden which will be part of the program.  Currently needed are volunteers to create more interest within the community of the Village and volunteers to work in the garden.  We will be having another work day (weather pending) this Sunday, May 14th at 1:00 pm.  Please contact me if you are planning on attending so we can plan accordingly.
