[OKC] Village Community Garden

There will be a work day at the Village Community Garden on Saturday, October 6 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.  This may involve planting, shoveling, weeding, cleaning up and other garden related activities.  It's a great excuse to enjoy some time outside!  The garden is on the Village Community Library property at 10307 N. Pennsylvania.

Also there is a Fun Fall Festival at the garden planned for Saturday, October 27, from 1:00 - 5:00 pm.  More details will be coming soon.

The Village Community Garden was originally founded by The Village Community Library, Sustainable OKC, the City of the Village and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Urban Harvest Program.  Thank you to all who have volunteered to make this a successful and exciting community garden program.
