[OKC] OKC plastics recycling expanded to 3-7

Oklahoma City's recyclable list has now been expanded to include type
3-7 plastics. Now you can toss everything from cooking oil bottles and
yogurt containers to egg cartons and last night's carryout container in
your "little blue" recycle bin. See the list now.
