The DEQ is helping the Oklahoma City Marathon with cardboard, plastic
and aluminum recycling at this year's event, Sunday, April 27th, 2008.
We will need volunteers to help manage the 90 or so recycling bins that
will be positioned throughout the area near the Oklahoma City Memorial
and Broadway. There are more than 15,000 participants in the marathon
this year, and recycling is a great way to enjoy the event while getting
involved in an important cause. Please sign-up and volunteer!

We will also need some help with recycling at the Marathon Expo at Cox
Convention Center Friday April 25th and Saturday April 26th. Please
contact me if you would like to help!

Thanks -
