"I Can Can ... and Freeze!" August 25 (Monday)

6:30 p.m.$30 per person
At Guilford Gardens, 2834 Guilford, Oklahoma City

Kamala Gamble, who runs an organic garden, CSA and catering business out of
her home in Oklahoma City, will demonstrate various methods of preserving
produce, including canning and freezing, and talk about when to use each
method. Expect to commune and nibble with fellow food co-op cooks, and take
home a recipe or two for your own canning adventures! To enroll in the class
