Speaker Announces House Committee Assignments

 

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma House Speaker Chris Benge today announced committee
assignments for the 2009 and 2010 legislative sessions.

            "This is obviously going to be a challenging session given our
economic outlook, but I believe the members of the House are up to the job
and look forward to beginning committee work in January," said Benge,
R-Tulsa. "We have a very diverse membership with a wide range of experience
and insight that will prove invaluable as we develop new policies and the
state budget."

            The committee assignments for the Oklahoma House of
