[OKC] Free showing of The Eleventh Hour Weds. night

This Wednesday (June 25th) Cimarron Group of the Sierra Club is hosting
a free Movie Night at Mayflower Church.  The movie begins at 7 pm (95
min. DVD) and will be shown in the big meeting room accessed at the back
of the church (east end) at 3901 NW Expressway.  Wine will be served.

 

The movie this Wednesday is "The 11th Hour" (2007), a documentary
produced and written (in part) by Leonardo DiCaprio. "The 11th Hour" is
the last moment when change is possible. The film explores how we've
arrived at this moment -- how we live, how we impact the earth's
ecosystems, and what we can do to change course.  Consider it a
follow-up to "An Inconvenient Truth".
