I am attaching an overview of the weatherization program.  You can contact
me if you have any questions.  Our commitment to OGE is to do 75 homes in
2009.  Once we have people trained to do the audit, then we will schedule
the work.  We will pay for improvements, such as blowing insulation, and use
volunteers for others.  We will see what develops after we get started.
Thanks for considering participating in this really important program for
our homeowners.
