I hold a certificate in Permaculture Design from Barking Frogs
Permaculture and am a teaching assistant with the BFPC online
permaculture design course. http://www.barkingfrogspermaculture.org .

You can read about the design for my property in the Gatewood
neighborhood of Oklahoma City at
http://www.energyconservationinfo.org/gatewood.htm . There is a link to
a series of permaculture pamphlets written by Bill Mollisson on the
page which you can download for free (considerably less expensive than
the Permaculture Design Manual at $75 or so a copy, although I think it
is generally available at our local public libraries.)

I would be happy to be on assistance in this.

  Hello all,

Jill and I have been doing some renovations on our house lately and i've
been trying to incorporate some permacultural design into our
surroundings.  So far, we've built an herb spiral and i'm doing some
research into grey water irrigation, constructed wetlands,
beekeeping, chickens,  and things like that.  I'm curious to see if
there are any other people on the list that are interested in
permaculture and urban homesteading.  Perhaps we could form an interest
group within SOKC to learn more and bring these concepts to the local
community.  Anyone interested?
