Hey all -

Our amazing and thoughtful state tourism department has a Sustainable
Initiatives Program well underway and it is very exciting! The email below
is just one small piece of this - much more to come - but for now, please
see the email below and let Jessica know any thots, ideas, resources on this
topic.

FYI - TICS stand for Tourism Information Centers - Oklahoma has 12 beautiful
centers with free coffee, loads of info for travelers and some have pet
parks and gift shops as well. The destinations the promote boost local
economies throughout Oklahoma.

Thanks!

Shauna, OKC

Subject: Hot Cup Help!

Shauna,

I need some guidance. We are trying to buy eco-friendly hot cups for the 12
TICS instead of the nasty Styrofoam we have been giving out. Of course
Styrofoam is a lot cheaper than eco-cups but I feel like there have to be
some suppliers or types of cups I haven't found yet. Do we have any
ideas/connections with people who supply eco supplies??? Any
recommendations??? Forward it on to whomever you might think would have
suggestions. Thanks, Jessica
