Recently featured in Southern Living Magazine, Kamala Gamble, co-founder of
Oklahoma's Slow Food chapter, is a great chef and prolific gardener. For the
dinner at Doe Creek, Kam will create a beautiful, delicious and healthy menu
from only locally-grown
foods - from her gardens, those at Turtle Rock Farm and other Oklahoma
growers'. See more information about her at www.kamskookery.com.

Wine will be provided by Woods and Waters Winery, a vineyard
and winery near Anadarko, OK. www.woodsandwaterswinery.com.
