Yes it did. It passed 15-2 with Senators Brogdon and Brown from Owasso and
Brown from Broken Arrow being the nay votes. There is also a very sad bill
in the Senate this session, SB424 that would prohibit ODOT from Acting on
passenger rail legislation without including Tulsa. 

This limitation, if passed, could destroy all of the work we have done on
the passenger rail effort. We believe there are better solutions for Tulsa
than Amtrak, namely, developing a New Mexico Rail Runner type of operation
