Natural Awakenings Magazine Available in January 2010

Tina and Christopher Hilbert, publishers of the Oklahoma City Natural
Awakenings, will debut their healthy lifestyle magazine in January 2010. The
free monthly publication will be distributed throughout the Metropolitan
Library system, and at more than 300 selected locations in Oklahoma City,
Edmond, Norman, Yukon and the surrounding areas.

The franchise-owned magazine is supported by local advertisers and features
national and local articles about how to create a healthier, more balanced
life. Each issue includes cutting-edge information on natural health,
nutrition, fitness, personal growth, green living, creative expression and
the products and services that support a healthy lifestyle. Natural
Awakenings' calendar of events and local resource guide connect readers with
community leaders in natural healthcare and green living.

Company CEO and founder, Sharon Bruckman, launched the first edition of
Natural Awakenings in 1994 and began franchising the publication in 1999.
Today, there are 75 Natural Awakenings magazines publishing in the United
States, Puerto Rico and Toronto, Canada. With the recent addition of seven
new franchises, including the Oklahoma City magazine, total readership will
increase to nearly three million.
