[OKC] [ok-sus] Seminole Lawmaker to Propose 5 cent Deposit Law

Actually, it might give the curbside recycling program another boost, as 
some people might just toss their deposit bottles/cans into the 
recycling bin, which would allow the currbside recycling program to reap 
the financial benefits.
