[OKC] share, network, discuss on Sustainable OKC's listserv

Greetings Sustainable OKC listserv friends and members - 

 

We wanted to pause for a moment to thank you for subscribing to the
Sustainable OKC listserv and to encourage you to use the listserv for
networking and sharing information. The purpose of Sustainable OKC's
listserv is to empower us all to share info and we encourage as many people
as possible to use it to post and share articles and info, ask questions of
listserv members, network, exchange and share ideas for projects,
collaborate and dialogue. 

 

The listserv is self-managed in that each member can send info, replies,
edit, manage their own preferences for how they receive emails ::: do that
here ::: http://www.sustainableokc.org/mailman/listinfo/okc/. 

 

When sharing articles please abide by fair use guidelines and respect the
copyright of the writer and publication. Posting the full text of a
newspaper or magazine article, for example, is not acceptable and is a
violation of a publication's copyright, but it is acceptable to post brief
"fair use" excerpts of such articles - usually a few paragraphs or quotes
from the article -- along with a link to the full article. Always be sure to
credit the author and publication in your post and provide the URL (link to
story) if at all possible. Example:

To send your email with info, questions, discussion topic, etc. to the
listserv, use this address okc at sustainableokc.org. Your email then goes to
everyone subscribed to the listserv.

 

If you're announcing information about an event, you might also wish to send
your information to SOKC's Sustainable Community Calendar at the same time -
a volunteer keeps this up for us. Just send an email with all the pertinent
info to calendar at sustainableokc.org.
