Vilsack: Climate change could help rural economies

OKLAHOMA CITY - America's agricultural core is in the midst of a massive
economic and environmental change, producing equally large opportunities for
venture capital investment, U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said
Wednesday.
