So you would like to find a way to have some fun, reduce the need to
drill for oil , save money, and help out a great venue for local and
often sustainably-minded artists?  Here's the "ticket" ... raffle
ticket, that is .... 

 

Now until September 30 the IAO (Individual Artists of Oklahoma) is
selling tickets to win a really cool Vespa Scooter.  The chance to win
this scooter is only $5 a ticket!  That's cheap, and way better odds
than the lottery!  Increase your odds and save money by buying 5 tickets
for $20.  Might as well give it away for that price...  Wait, they are
giving it away, and you can be the one who wins it!

 

Besides giving you a chance to win a scooter, the funds raised by the
raffle will go to support the IAO.  Sustainable OKC partnered with IAO
for the Rethink:Recycle:Redesign Art Event in 2009, and IAO also is
working with SOKC on a sustainable art event in April 2011.  You can buy
the scooter tickets at the IAO Gallery, located in Film Row at 706 W
Sheridan (just west of Lee and Sheridan).  They are open Tuesday thru
Saturday, noon to 6 PM.  While you are there, check out Diane Jackson's
photography.  These works are fantastic and can be viewed for free or
purchased at a very reasonable price.

WIN THIS SCOOTER!!!


IAO is holding a raffle for a brand new Vespa LX150 motor scooter
courtesy of Vespa Oklahoma. The drawing will be held September 30.

Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20, and are available at Vespa
Oklahoma, IAO Gallery, or over the phone at (405) 232-6060.

The scooter is currently on display in the Gallery at 706 W Sheridan.
