Subject: Redberry junipers in our Region - HELP Find them!
Dr. Estelle Levetin, a world renown scholar in cedars and allergens, has begun a study of Redberry
Junipers. In the 1980's OSU conducted a study that identified several large (100 acres+) stands in
southwest Oklahoma. Unfortunately, the exact locations and land owners were not identified.
If you or someone you know owns property that has a large population of Redberry Junipers, please
contact Dr. Levetin or Stacy Cramer for more information on the study. This is a unique opportunity
for us to contribute to the study of our ecology and health.
