The Oklahoma Invasive Plant Council is a great organization whose
mission is to facilitate efficient and effective management of invasive
plants for the protection of the economic and natural resources of
Oklahoma's private and public land and water. 

Their Annual Meeting and Conference is going to be in OKC this year on
July 14th.  Their very informative agenda will provide you with
educational strategies to address local and statewide concerns and
network with other resource professionals and stakeholders!

Oklahoma City (on Portland just north of  Reno).
