[OKC] how to grow potatoes in a small space

Potatoes. Tasty, good for you, relatively easy to grow and they
substantially increase a household's food security and resiliency. But how
to grow them in small space or yard? Well, there is a way! Here's a very
detailed, wonderful post from Sinfonian's Square Foot Garden blog with lots
of how-to-photos, tips and advice on the build-as-you-grow potato bin
method. We're trying it this year. If anyone has any experience with this
method, please share hints, tips, etc. Thanks!
