Citizens can help shape Oklahoma City's future by participating in a
kick-off meeting for the City's new comprehensive plan called planOKC. 
 
Officials will introduce planOKC, describe ways to get involved in the
planning process and discuss how citizens and City planners can work
together to create a healthy, sustainable community.   
 
The public meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 6 in the City
Council Chamber of City Hall, 200 N Walker.
 
The quality of Oklahoma City's long-range plans depends on input and
opinions from citizens. Citizens are encouraged to get involved by attending
the May 6 kick-off meeting, joining the planOKC distribution list or
inviting a City planner to speak at their organization's next meeting.

questions and feedback and join the planOKC distribution list, visit
www.okc.gov/planokc.
