The acreage of Bruce and Barbara Johnson, stalwarts of the sustainability
movement and Food Co-op members, was hit by the wildfires yesterday. Their
house is okay but they lost two out buildings, bee hives, chicken tractor
and their chickens.

According to Ron Ferrell, one of their neighbors, also part of the
sustainable community, Bruce is in need of help to clean up the two burned
structures.

Tomorrow, Saturday, Ron will be at the Johnsons @ 9 a.m. with a trailer for
all the sheet metal that needs to be recycled. If you can help, please come.
Bring gloves, tools, breathing masks, etc.

North of NE 63rd on Post Rd about 3/4 mile. Will mark their mail box with
flags.

Wildfire in Oklahoma City burns five square miles.
