Jack Popiel says America is facing a crisis a piece with echos of - voices
of sustainability, the Tea Party, the anti-21ers and voices of history - War
for Independence, Civil War and WWII. 

"America's headlong rush into economic globalization has tied it into a
system over which its citizens have only limited, if any, control. (like the
crisis that resulted in the War for Independence)

"Concentration of economic power and its blending with the political
establishment is again creating a two-tier citizenship system." (like the
crisis that resulted in the Civil War)

"China's authoritarian government is subverting America's economy and
appropriating its technologies in a single-minded drive for world
domination." (like the crises that resulted in WWII)
