[OKC] Swinton paints Ed Shadid with environmental connections

City Council race for Ward 2 got interesting today, Swinton uses subtle
attempts to create false division and insinuate a lack of professionalism of
Sierra Club endorsed candidate Dr. Ed Shadid.

Some of the information is just false.
