Sustainable Life: Where Do We Begin?

When: Fri., Oct. 14, 7 p.m.

What: A free presentation by Scott Pittman of the Permaculture Institute.
Scott is teaching the Permaculture Design Course currently underway in
Oklahoma City. Scott is an engaging teacher, a great storyteller. Skip movie
night this one time -- this is better and it's free!

Background: Pittman, founder of the Permaculture Institute in Santa Fe,
N.M., has been teaching permaculture courses since 1985 in more than 20
countries on four continents. Scott is known for his foundational work in
establishing the permaculture movement in the Southwestern U.S., for which
he received a Community Achievement Award from the Permaculture Institute of
Australia. For six years Scott co-taught with the founder of permaculture,
Bill Mollison.
