Hungry for locally grown veggies? Guilford Gardens has some spots open in our fall CSA. We're currently harvesting a beautiful crop of fall greens and other autumn veggies. 

Guilford Gardens is a two-acre urban farm in NW Oklahoma City, started by local chef Kamala Gamble, and dedicated to growing high-quality local food. Members can sign up and pay by the month (preferred) or by the week. The fall CSA is $20 per week for a variety of local veggies. > Tatsoi (above left) and bok choy (above right) are two of my favorites amongst the wide variety of asian greens. They are both in the mega-nutritious brassica family; high in vitamins and low in calories.

> Bok choy is familiar to most of us with its light, sweet flavor and crisp texture. Tatsoi is a particularly lovely plant with dark green, spoon shaped leaves and a mild mustard flavor. I like them best when stir-fried, but I also enjoy them steamed, added to soups, or sauteed with mushrooms. Here's a link to a "How to cook boy choy" article with great photos:
