Hi,
My name is Annie Smith, I am helping the Joshua Foundation with the
beginning stages of starting a community garden, and we are in need of
volunteers, can I submit a paragraph for tomorrow's mailing to see if
there's any response? I would appreciate the opportunity. If you agree,
here's what I would like to say:
"Joshua Foundation has purchased several used greenhouse structures that
have been deconstructed and are ready for us to pick up Friday, October
28th. We need a willing and able crew to help us load, transport, and
unload them. We will be traveling from Oklahoma City to Cache (west of
Lawton) and returning on the same day. These greenhouses will be
reconstructed (hopefully) next month at our community garden location in
northeast Oklahoma City. They will be used to grow winter greens and
start transplants for the spring and summer season of the 10 acre
community garden's first season! We need a crew of 5 to 10 people who can
lift 50 lbs and work from approximately 7 am to 8 pm. We are providing
transportation and meals!
Please contact me at 405-808-3865 or joshuas.organics at joshuafoundation.net
if you want to get involved."
