font-weight:bold'>ETHANOL FUELING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT GRANTS</span></font></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>The
Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, through its Clean Cities program
office, is accepting applications for funding to develop or upgrade fueling
facilities to dispense ethanol-blended fuel to the motoring public in <st1:State
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Oklahoma</st1:place></st1:State>. Projects
located in Central Oklahoma (<st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Oklahoma</st1:place></st1:State>,
Canadian, Cleveland, and Logan counties) and/or those involving Central
Oklahoma Clean Cities member stakeholders will be given additional
consideration. </span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Currently,
applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis until monies are expended
or until June 30, 2007, whichever comes first. All equipment including fueling
pump dispensers, supply lines, storage tanks, in-line filters, dispenser hoses,
nozzles, fittings and connectors, piping, etc. funded through these grants must
be E85 compatible. </span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

Department of Energy. Its mission is to reduce petroleum consumption in the
transportation sector by advancing the use of alternative fuels and alternative
fuel vehicles, idle reduction technologies, hybrid electric vehicles, fuel
blends, and fuel economy. Locally, the Central Oklahoma Clean Cities program is
sponsored by the <st1:country-region w:st="on">U.S.</st1:country-region>
Department of Energy, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, the Association of <st1:place
w:st="on">Central Oklahoma</st1:place> Governments, and more than 50 government
and industry stakeholder members. There are more than 80 active Clean Cities
coalitions in metropolitan areas across the country representing nearly 5,000
stakeholders. </span></font></i><o:p></o:p></p>
