Program (WAP) is designed to improve the energy efficiency of the homes of low
income households. This program offers a variety of services including
installation of energy-efficient measure such as attic insulation, weather
stripping, caulking, heating and cooling adjustments, air sealing, and in some
cases, window replacement, heating and cooling systems and other
energy-consuming appliances. The goal of this program is to reduce energy
consumption and improve the health, safety, and comfort of low income
households.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
