They are both in the mega-nutritious brassica family; high in vitamins and low in calories. </span></div><br><br><div><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bok choy is familiar to most of us with its light, sweet flavor and crisp texture. Tatsoi is a particularly lovely plant with dark green, spoon shaped leaves and a mild mustard flavor. I like them best when stir-fried, but I also enjoy them steamed, added to soups, or sauteed with mushrooms.
