font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Oklahoma City residents are invited to attend a free presentation by author Ron Ferrell Thursday, November 17 from 7-8:30 pm in the auditorium of the Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library at
300 Park Avenue.</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"CG Times""><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The presentation, titled “Seeking Shade,” will examine how to incorporate practical solutions to reduce energy consumption
and local resource depletion. Ferrell will discuss topics such as passive heating and cooling, energy storage, composting toilets, rainwater harvesting and home garden food production. Ferrell, who is an artist and welder by trade, built his own eco-friendly
home in rural Oklahoma City.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
