I know this oil is being stolen for us, which is bad enough. As it turns out, the multinational oil companies keep it for themselves and sell it to the highest bidder. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in'><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in'>It has reached the point that the US is now a net exporter of fuel. Some will say that is how the free market works, but there is nothing free about this market. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in'>If we had a free market the US would let Iran blow oil tankers out of the Strait of Hormuz. If oil companies thought is was a good idea they could hire their own military to get the oil out of the middle east. Of course, the cost would be too high.
