Being a fan of the Splendid Table, I was happy to see this at the end of
this week's email.
 
There's a website my partner in Weeknight Kitchen, Judy Graham, found
that is worth a look. The Eat Well Guide (www.eatwellguide.org

k1x> ) asks that you enter your zip code and you'll get a free directory
of farms, producers, stores, restaurants, and even hotels and inns
offering poultry, eggs, meat and dairy products that were sustainably
raised without antibiotics and added hormones. There are also local
sources for grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, and organic products.
