On April 5th, EatWiseOKC will make a presentation to the Oklahoma City
Public School Board calling attention to the improvements that are needed in
school nutrition.

Because more than 80% of our students rely on the free/reduced price meals
and may not have any other options, it is vital that they be served the
healthiest food possible. We will ask that the board stop the sale and
marketing of junk food to all students, reduce the added sugar offered, move
away from fast food look-alikes, and move toward fresh cooking as much as
possible.

If you support the goals of Eat Wise OKC, please plan on attending the
meeting, or writing a letter of support that we can hand deliver to board
members.

Monday, April 5, 2010

5:30pm - 8:30pm

Administration Building, 900 N Klein
