Subject: YOU'RE INVITED - FREE HOMETOWN MAKEOVER WORKSHOP

			Dear Community Leader:

The Hometown Makeover/Community Improvement Guide will be the subject of a series of FREE regional workshops presented by Keep Oklahoma Beautiful (KOB) that will be held in eight locations statewide starting March 31.

The one-day sessions are designed for those interested in expanding a community improvement organization - starting a new organization, - or for those who may simply be exploring the idea of starting a group to beautify and enrich the quality of community life.

Participants will receive ideas, tips, tools and inspiration to help efforts aimed at improving the aesthetic, sustainable and environmental quality of community life. Those who attend will also have an opportunity to become part of the growing network of Keep Oklahoma Beautiful affiliates across the state and meet others who have similar goals and experiences.

Starting at 10am, each workshop will include a free lunch and should adjourn by 3pm. KOB staff will walk attendees through a live online demonstration of the Community Improvement Guide, local organization members will explain the real-life benefits of using the Guide and there will be plenty of time for Q&A and networking.
