[OKC] Why superinsulation works

Here's the chapter and verse on why R-value recommendations should be immediately doubled, and this has been known since 1979. This is a fascinating powerpoint presentation packed with information showing that by 1985, we knew everything we needed to know to build practically zero-operating-energy homes. I wish I had had this before I did my retrofit. But it gives me ideas about what I still need to do.
